Regina is a professional holistic health practitioner and teacher with over 15 years experience and training in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, structural integration, and psychology. She brings a natural ability and intuitive sense of healing to her clients, helping them understand, balance and heal their body and relationships.

She enjoys working with people of all ages and stages of life. Her healing abilities and personal experience help her clients attain a lasting and positive change in their body/mind/spirit consciousness.

Regina serves on the Board of Directors of CareGiving Worldwide, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is dedicated to the fusion of science, technology and spirit. CareGiving is an incubator for break-through technologies and healing arts which aid and promote world peace through education, tools, and strategies for the beneficiation of energy and man.

Regularly scheduled workshops include consciousness development, LifeLine Technique, use of essential oils, creating vision boards, and shakti meditation. Her mission as a teacher is to give people the tools they need to live a long life in prosperity, happiness and peace.
